  • Overview

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on the way we live our lives, how we work and engage with each other. Psychologically, people are having to adapt to a ‘new normal' as we move through phases of Change, Reality and Recovery. This briefing session will provide an insight into the psychological and social impacts of the pandemic and what organisations and business owners can do to best support themselves and their people to adapt to these challenging circumstances. The Wellbeing Outfit was launched to provide specialist consultancy services in mental health and wellbeing. It was founded by Jono Nicholas, one of Australia's leading mental health experts, to help organisations improve business outcomes by developing resilient and high performing teams. They provide organisations with strategy direction, consulting support, be-spoke programs, workshops and executive coaching. Since launch the Wellbeing Outfit has worked with some of Australia's leading organisations including EY, KFC, Stockland Group and Anglo American Mining.
