Touted by the media as “the new smoking” sedentary based work is a major health problem that comes with increased risks of cardiovascular diseases, musculoskeletal pains and problems and even found to lead to early mortality, even if you exercise regularly.

This talk will examine this new Hazard and look at the role Physiotherapists have and what they can do in preventing and improving the health of those who work in sedentary based roles.
