Post natal depression

An overview of Mental Health Disorders in the post-partum period including how to recognise these conditions and the criteria for admission to the Lavender Mother and Baby Unit.

The presentation will be run by the Physiotherapist, Miranda Mclean and the Psychologist, Rebecca Curtain from the Lavender Mother and Baby Unit at the Gold Coast Hospital.

The information provided will give an overview of the assessment and management of Post Natal Depression and the evidence behind Physiotherapy.
