  • Overview

Did you know that the pelvic floor muscles contract up to 400% of their maximal voluntary contraction during the land phase of a jump?

Find out the implications for practice and why abstaining from high impact exercise will NOT help if you have a pelvic floor problem. It’s about finding the right level for you & working up from there.
