of psychological distress experienced by younger people with hip or knee

osteoarthritis, compared with population norms?

Conclusion: This study highlights the substantial personal burden of hip

and knee osteoarthritis among younger people, and provides evidence

to support the provision of targeted osteoarthritis services for people of

working age.
