Presented by an experienced Neurodiverse Physio, manager and leader. This presentation will give an over view of neurodiversity, why it matters, what strengths neurodiverse staff bring, what areas may need support and how to best support neurodiverse to thrive in their work place and allow for effective retention, well-being and work flow.

 

Presenter

Tracey Clark, APAM, has worked as a Physiotherapist and Allied Health Leader for 25 years, working in the UK, USA and Australia, in acute care, rehab, community, pain management, mental health and aged care. Initially specializing in neurological rehabilitation, Tracey has since broadened her knowledge in the community to include pain management, mental health, sexuality and intimacy and supporting complex client's needs including people living with dementia, multiple disabilities and in aged care; working effectively within an MDT. Her leadership style is servant leadership and use strength-based management and has a passion for all staff to reach their potential with ongoing wellbeing, high retention and engagement rates.
