  • Overview

When a physiotherapist is aiming to enhance a client’s motor control and athletic performance it is important to possess the skills & knowledge to design and deliver an appropriate functional strength training program.

This presentation studies eight essential elements of motor control which should be considered when returning a client to full function.

You will be exploring examples of exercises using the kinetic link training approach, which utilise integrated patterns of movement that are adaptable to be used across a wide spectrum of abilities - from low level rehab to high level sports conditioning.
