Dr Lachlan Angus, MBBS FRACP, completed his Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Adelaide in 2013. He was awarded the Ian Furler Prize for Obstetrics & Gynaecology and the Prize for Geriatric Medicine - South Australia. Following completion of Internship and Basic Physician Training at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Dr Angus completed Advanced Training in Endocrinology at the Lyell McEwin Hospital, Flinders Medical Centre and Austin Health.
In 2020, Dr Angus moved from Adelaide to Melbourne to pursue a PhD focusing on transgender health with the University of Melbourne and Austin Health. In addition to private practice, Dr Angus works as a Consultant Endocrinologist at Northern Health and is a Clinical Lecturer and Tutor at the University of Melbourne. Dr Angus welcomes referrals in all aspects of Endocrinology & Diabetes, with particular clinical interests of andrology/men's health and transgender health. Dr Angus also provides regional telehealth appointments and visits Renmark Medical Centre, South Australia for face to face appointments every 3 months.
