  • Overview

Physiotherapy is significant in ensuring quality of life for children and young people diagnosed with life limiting conditions. Physiotherapists are involved in managing respiratory symptoms, postural needs, ensuring comfortable & supportive positioning, and enabling participation in activities and experiences which matter to the child or young person & their family. During May/June 2022 Belinda visited 12 paediatric hospices throughout the UK & Ireland as part of a Churchill fellowship. Belinda will share her learnings from this trip in this presentation.
