  • Overview

Working with people who have complex presentations can be challenging. By adopting a whole person perspective throughout your assessment and management and facilitating a positive therapeutic alliance via excellent patient-centred communication, positive outcomes can be achieved, and it can be a really rewarding experience for you as a therapist. Using case scenarios, this webinar will explore the practical application of verbal and non-verbal communication skills to enhance your confidence and enjoyment of working with people with complex presentations. You’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your current practices, and perhaps tweak them a little bit, while exploring a range of communication strategies.
