Presenter

Ally Reynolds is an experienced physiotherapist with more than 20 years of practice across occupational rehabilitation, community physiotherapy and school-based settings. She is also a mother, bringing both professional expertise and lived experience to her work supporting children, families and parents. Ally has a strong interest in spine health, ergonomics and early prevention, with a particular focus on translating evidence into practical, real-world strategies for homes, schools and workplaces. She is passionate about empowering families and clinicians through positive, non-fear-based education that promotes healthy movement habits and lifelong spinal wellbeing.
