This lecture explores a clear, adaptable framework for the clinical management of persistent pelvic pain across all patient groups — male, female, and transgender. Drawing on the latest evidence, it highlights a person-centred, biopsychosocial approach with particular focus on pain typing and aligning management strategies accordingly. A case study will be presented to support clinical translation of the framework and includes practical tools to help navigate the complexity of persistent pelvic pain.
