Ally Reynolds is a passionate physiotherapist with 20 years experience in injury prevention and she dedicated to improving posture and spine health in school-aged children, being a mother herself. Through her SpineWise program, she is helping educators, parents and students create more body-friendly learning environments. She is here today to share how simple classroom and home changes can make a big difference for growing bodies and empower children to make healthier choices.
