  • Overview

Risk is inherent in healthcare. In today’s world a physiotherapist must be aware of their professional legal obligations and responsibilities. These obligations are considerations directed towards the patient, themselves, and the setting in which they work. The role of the Physiotherapist and their employer is to provide a safe environment to all involved and minimise risk. The presenters who are Expert Witnesses will share their experiences from actual case vignettes. Discussions will include the importance of dynamic history taking, report writing and consent.
