  • Overview

This online lecture will explore the interaction between pain and mood, including low mood/depression, anxiety and stress. We will discuss how physios can identify mood changes in our patients, practical tips on what physio can do to help, and when to refer on to a mental health professional. We will also explore ways of managing pain related distress in session. The second half of the session will be a facilitated Q&A discussion, focusing on how this knowledge can be applied practically in the physio clinical setting.
