Trish Wisbey-Roth, FACP, is a highly skilled and respected Australian Sports & Exercise Specialist Physiotherapist (FACP as awarded by the Australian College of Physiotherapists, 2009) specialising in the hip & lumbo-pelvic region. With over 30 years’ experience, Trish has been involved with Australian sporting teams at the National, World Championship and Olympic and Commonwealth games level and continues to work clinically as a Specialist Physiotherapist.
Trish regularly lectures in the areas of diagnosis and rehabilitation of spinal and hip regions with emphasis on differential diagnosis and effective manual treatment and exercise prescription for both therapist and patient. She has also been involved with a low back pain research team with articles published in British Journal of Sports Medicine.
Trish is a leader in designing and progressing functional stability programs both for the upper body and the lower-back pelvis/hip area. She has pioneered the design of simple and effective, repeatable treatments to optimise the three dimensional biomechanics of the spine. She is known for her expertise in the management and treatment of musculoskeletal problems with emphasis on functional progression of muscle stability programs (spine and hip).
