Intended Audience

The purpose of this module is  to provide mentoring and up-skilling, targeted at new graduates or those new to clinical practice. It is aimed to support both the principal and the new graduate as they commence their career. This module would be of great appeal to graduates who are seeking work in physiotherapy practice.

Elizabeth Monk graduated from Sydney University in 2004 with a degree in Physiotherapy and completed her Masters of Sports Physiotherapy in 2012 from La Trobe University in Melbourne. Liz is the Principal at St George Physiotherapy, and has worked with many elite sporting teams including Australian Rugby Union, St George Illawarra Rugby League & NSW Rugby League state of origin.

Kenny Michalopoulus BAppSc (Physio) Masters Sports Physio facilitates this module; he is the Principal at Sutherland Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Clinic. Kenny also works with South Sydney Rabbitohs Rugby League and has extensive clinical experience with sports injuries. He has extensive experience as a Clinical educator for Macquarie and Sydney Universities.
