Lymph node removal is a common procedure for the treatment of many cancers. In the cancer rehabilitation setting we see the surface surgical area, but to gain knowledge on how the 'excavation' was performed can further guide our patient treatment and management plan. This lecture will explore the lymph node surgery, and the lymphatic system recovery and rearrangement in the initial post-operative phase.
