Sally will present a session on transgender and gender diverse medicine including practical issues working with trans patients as well as an overview of medical and surgical transition. The session is designed to support clinicians to feel comfortable working with trans patients and ensure trans friendly practices. Sally is a Sexual Health Physician (Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians) and coordinates the Western Australian multidisciplinary Gender Diversity Service at Royal Perth Hospital and also works at St John of God, Fiona Stanley and Fremantle Hospitals. In addition to her work in transgender medicine Sally has an interest in vulvovaginal disorders, genital dermatology, STIs and HIV.
